How many times have we said, “Oh, but she has it SO much worse than I do!”
Someone, somewhere ALWAYS has it worse. That is true. And yes, we should be grateful for the good things. Yes, I know.
BUT.
That does not mean that you are not hurting or suffering; that you don’t have pain or trauma; that you aren’t in a bad situation, relationship or addiction cycle.
Someone may have it worse; but you, my friend, might be in a ton of pain too.
Do NOT explain or downgrade your pain. Speak and bring it into the light–so we can all help each other.
This is ALL hard work. BUT for those who are ready, I am with you!
